People in need request form
NOTE: Evouchers are only possible thanks to donations through Easyfundraising, Zeffy, Benevity, and direct bank transfers. Filling in the form does not guarantee a voucher.
Due to the number of recipients who don’t send a pic of the receipt or their shopping as requested. Going forwards, if you don’t send a photo of either the shopping, receipt or both, then you won’t be able to request another one.
I've had to close the request form for now as we have a few requests, but no funds to honour them. You
are welcome to message me and I can reply once it's reopen.
