How can a PIN request an evoucher
Please note, You will need a document with your name and address on it to prove your identify. You will be asked to attach it to the form.

| 2 | Go to your email and find the email from pifvouchers@outlook.com. Click on the verification link in the email to verify your email address/account and you'll be taken to the request form.  |
| 3 | Fill in the form, |
| 4 | complete security question, |
| 5 | attach evidence (ensure it has your name and address on it) and next payment date if applicable) |
| 6 | Tick GDRP box |
| 7 | Click 'SUBMIT'. |
| 8 | It will come to me to be processed. |
