Local PIF vouchers

I did create a voucher that allowed independent cafes and shops to support people in need by selling vouchers at their business to customers so customers can pass them onto a person in need.

Sadly, the business that provided these vouchers is no longer around.  However, I would like to get these local vouchers going again to help those who don’t have access to a smart phone or email so they too can get themselves a cool drink or snack.
